INFIR is a company that has developed an innovative approach to data processing in order to give up the use of loyalty cards, applications and various special devices for the daily registration of purchases in loyalty programs in favor of a greener environment and more convenient everyday life.

What does INFIR do?

Our core business is data processing, ensuring the achievement of specific goals, where the first is the abandonment of loyalty cards in loyalty solutions, as well as enabling merchants to implement loyalty solutions as a service.

What services does INFIR provide?

Currently by processing data we are able to provide loyalty solutions to merchants, but we are as well working on other services that will save companies money by stopping to process paper recopies, or allow individuals to create their own expense reports.

Why use INFIR?

INFIR is an innovative loyalty solution that combines the loyalty programs of different companies in one place, allowing you to avoid using loyalty cards or applications at the time of purchase to receive loyalty benefits.

How does a loyalty solution work?

The INFIR loyalty solution is based on INFIR’s knowledge and experience in recognizing purchases on your as buyer’s account statement, in accordance with the authorization given to us at the time of service registration. INFIR transfers data about your purchase to the Merchant only if you have chosen to participate in the Merchant`s Loyalty Program on the INFIR platform and thus you have authorized INFIR to transfer the relevant data.

How will INFIR manage my data?

The purpose of INFIR data processing is to identify transactions with specific merchants whose loyalty programs are registered in the INFIR system. INFIR will only provide details of you and the purchase to the Merchant if you have authorized INFIR to do so by signing up for a specific Merchant Loyalty Program. INFIR will also process the data for the purpose of providing other services to which you have subscribed. At the same time, however, INFIR will collect information on all purchases to create market trends and reports that allow merchants to assess their performance against a common market background. In this case, your data is used in an aggregated manner and does not provide an opportunity to identify you or any other purchaser.

What services will I have available?

You will now have access to a loyalty solution that will allow you to earn points from merchants who have registered their loyalty programs on the INFIR platform. We are working to create other data-driven solutions that will allow you to benefit from data recycling.

Is there a charge for using service?

No, there is no service charge for users. On the contrary, by participating in merchant loyalty programs, once the transaction with these merchants has been identified, you will be able to receive reward points for the completed transactions, which you can exchange for prizes or gift cards.

Where are the terms of service provided by INFIR described?

The terms and conditions and privacy policy of the services provided by INFIR are available in the “Terms” section. Merchant Loyalty Program Terms and Privacy Policies are available at merchant-designated sites or sales points.

Will I still need loyalty cards?

No, loyalty cards are not required for merchants whose loyalty program is available in the INFIR system, unless the merchant himself has chosen to provide customers with multiple loyalty solutions. If the loyalty solution without cards and applications is not yet available from your favorite merchant, tell him about INFIR or write to us at support@infir.eu.

How to register INFIR?

You can register in the INFIR system by visiting https://app.infir.eu/signup and selecting the Buyer’s profile registration.

What is the registration process on the INFIR platform?
  1. Create access to the system by providing information about yourself.
  2. You will receive an email with a link to confirm your profile.
  3. After successful initial authorization, connect to the bank to ensure that transactions are recognized for participation in Merchant Loyalty Programs.
  4. Sign up for Merchants Loyalty Programs.
What information will I need to provide during registration?

During registration, we will ask you to provide information about you (e-mail, name, place of residence, date of birth, etc.), which will later serve as a basis for you to receive the services provided by INFIR. For example, when signing up for one of the Merchant loyalty programs, you will not have to re-enter your personal data, or by providing a personal identification code, you will be able to use the option to connect to the system securely with eParaksts Mobile.

What if I don't see my bank in the bank menu?

If your bank is not available when connecting, please contact us by writing to support@infir.eu.

How do I connect to a bank and add a card?

You will be able to connect to your bank and add a card to recognize loyal transactions in the “Connection to the bank” section of the INFIR system. By default, the connection is only established for 90 days and we will ask you to return to the system to reconnect after this period.

To connect to the bank, we will never ask you to send us your internet banking access data or card data.

How safe is it to connect and connect to the bank?

Our partner Nordigen Solutions SIA, which is registered with the Financial and Capital Market Commission as a payment service provider, is currently establishing and providing a connection with the bank.

The technology used to connect to the bank has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the Payment Services Directive and all banks in the European Union have an obligation to provide it in order to develop new and innovative services for individuals and businesses.

To connect to a bank or card, we will never ask you to send us your internet banking access data or card details.

How will I know that the connection to the bank was successful?

After successfully adding the bank, in the section “Connection to the bank” you will see an active connection with the selected bank, as well as in the section “Transaction list” you will be able to observe the immediate appearance of transactions data.

How regularly are transaction data from the bank updated?

We will automatically read and process the bank transactions from the bank once a day, up to 90 days after the connection is established. After this period, we will ask you to reconnect to the bank for the next 90 days. We will remind you of the need to reconnect with the Bank. Depending on the selected bank, the connection time may be shorter.

To connect to the bank, we will never ask you to send us your internet banking access data or card data.

What if my transactions were not read from the bank?

However, if the transaction data is not read after connecting to the bank – card, please contact us by writing to support@infir.eu.

How do I sign up for a merchant loyalty program?

You can apply for merchant loyalty programs after registering your profile in the INFIR system by going to the “Merchant List” section and selecting “Apply” to a specific merchant.

By applying, you will consent to the transfer of the data requested by the merchant to participate in the loyalty program.

You can start participating in the loyalty program by scanning the QR code at the merchant’s point of sale, website or in the advertising booklet, if the merchant provides it.

Why is it worth participating in merchant loyalty programs?

By participating in the merchant’s loyalty programs, you can earn reward points for each purchase in the amount specified by the merchant, so that you can later exchange these rewarded points for prizes, gift cards or receive them as a payout in your current account. Loyalty rules for each merchant determine the rules for accumulating and exchanging reward points.

How do I earn points?

To earn points, you must log in to the Merchant Loyalty Program in the “Merchant list” section of the INFIR system by clicking “Apply”. Make a payment with one of your bank cards connected to the INFIR system. After successful recognition of transactions, we will calculate the points that you can exchange for prizes.

Which merchants already use the INFIR loyalty solution?

INFIR is a new, innovative company and currently we have established cooperation with few Latvian companies.

We are currently working to prove ourselves INFIR as a solution that makes users’ daily lives much easier. We are currently in talks with larger companies that have shown interest, so we plan to expand service in more outlets in the near future.

What data will merchants know about me and my purchases?

When you sign up for the loyalty program, to the merchants will be provided data about you to the extent required by the merchant in their loyalty policy. You will be introduced to the amount of data to be transferred when applying to the Loyalty Program of a particular merchant.

Minimum amount of data to be transferred: name, surname, email, phone, gender, age, fact of purchase, place of purchase, number of purchases at the point of sale.

The personal identification code, bank account, data on other transactions that are not recognized as transactions performed at the specific merchant are not transferred to the merchant.

Will the transaction be recognized if I pay with any card, phone, or watch?

Yes, we will be able to recognize transactions at merchants if they are made with a card, telephone, watch or other type provided by banks that can be connected via the INFIR platform. If you have noticed that your transaction has not been recognized, please contact us at support@infir.eu.

To connect to the bank, we will never ask you to send us your internet banking access data or card data.

What if a transaction has not been recognized and there are no eligible points?

If a transaction that should have been recognized is not recognized, please contact us at support@infor.eu with the transaction reference from the list of transactions in the INFIR system.

What can I do with points?

You will be able to exchange the accumulated rewards points for prizes, a gift card or receive a cash payment, but this will depend on the terms of the merchant’s loyalty program. You will be able to see the amount of rewards points accumulated at each of the merchants in the “My rewards” section of the INFIR system. To exchange rewards for prizes, go to the “Prizes” section of the INFIR system.

What prizes will be available from merchants?

Each of the merchants offers a prize offer as part of their loyalty program. Using the points, it will be possible to get the goods offered by the merchant, gift cards or exchange of points for money.

Will I be able to opt out of the merchant loyalty program?

Yes, if you decide to terminate your participation in one of the Merchant Loyalty Programs, you will be able to cancel your participation in the “Merchant list” section of the INFIR system.

How secure is the data transfer to INFIR?

Our core values are honesty, security and openness, and we take them seriously. We have conducted a system audit to detect and prevent potential vulnerabilities, and we constantly working to keep your data safe.

What is the purchase data that INFIR will process?

When processing the purchase data available on the bank account statement, we identify the point of sale, the amount, the date of the transaction, however, we do not have information about exactly what you have purchased at the particular point of sale.

What is the responsibility of INFIR?

We process data in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Act, subject to the terms of the privacy policy.

Why choose INFIR?

INFIR is an innovative loyalty solution that will allow you to start a loyalty program for customers without requiring additional investment in equipment, connections, integrations, loyalty card preparation, administration, application administration and management.

How does a loyalty solution work?

The INFIR loyalty solution is based on electronic payment at the point of sale (in person or online) with a payment card or transfer. INFIR will process the data of customers registered in your loyalty program, providing an overview of transactions and a personal profile.

How will INFIR save the company money on a loyalty solution?

Unlike other loyalty solutions, we do not charge for the implementation of the service, the conclusion of the contract, and the company will not have to purchase special equipment or integrate programs. As the loyalty solution is based on card payment, employees will not have to take any additional steps to register loyalty during the trade. Remote enrollment in the loyalty program will allow the company to avoid processing customer applications by taking time to perform other direct tasks for employees.

Is there a charge for your service?

Yes, a fair fee is applied for the loyalty solution only for each customer who has made at least one transaction in a calendar month. The fee will not increase if the customer makes repeated transactions within a certain calendar month.

Do I have to sign a contract to use the service?

Yes, you need a contract to use the INFIR solution. Please contact us at support@infir.eu.

How to register INFIR?

Registration of a company in the INFIR system is possible by visiting https://app.infir.eu/signup and selecting the registration of the Merchant’s profile, however, in order to recognize the transactions, an agreement will have to be concluded with INFIR SIA. Registration does not automatically entitle you to use the service.

What is the registration process on the INFIR platform?
  1. Sign an agreement with INFIR SIA.
  2. Enter the data in the INFIR system.
  3. Communicate information about your loyalty program to your customers at your point of sale.
What information will I need to provide during registration?

During registration, we will ask you to provide information about the company and outlets, as well as about the users who will need access to the INFIR system from the company.

Vai interneta veikals var būt kā tirdzniecības vieta?

Yes, the loyalty solution will work for both physical point-of-sale and online purchases, as long as card payment options are provided.

Does the company need its own loyalty program rules?

Yes, the company needs both the terms of the loyalty program and a privacy policy regarding the processing of information. When concluding an agreement with INFIR, we offer you free use of our prepared samples of loyalty programs and privacy policy rules, which you will be able to easily adapt for use in your company.

How will you know if the loyalty solution works after registration?

The loyalty solution will be active after the approval of the INFIR team and the conclusion of the contract. In the INFIR system, you will be able to follow both the number of customers who have applied for the loyalty solution and the transactions they have made.

How regularly will the customer purchase data be updated in the system?

The data is available in the system every time a customer’s purchase data is read, but most often it is done once a day, reading data from previous days. Purchase data will be available in the system with a 1-3 day lag, as the availability of buyer data depends on the processing of purchases in the bank account.

How will my customers be able to sign up for the loyalty program?

Buyers can apply for loyalty programs in the INFIR system by going to the “Merchant list” section and selecting “Apply” for your company’s loyalty program.

Buyers can start participating in the loyalty program by scanning the QR code, which you can place in your sales outlets, on the website or in brochures in person or on the Internet.

Which buyers will be able to sign up for my loyalty program?

New buyers who register in the INFIR system by choosing to participate in your loyalty program, or users who have already used the INFIR system by participating in other loyalty programs offered by other merchants, will be able to apply for the loyalty program.

How to determine the amount of points to be awarded to buyers?

By registering points of sale in the INFIR system, you will be able to specify the amount of points to be awarded for each purchase. You can specify it as % of the purchase amount, or as a fixed number of rewards points for each purchase or a combination of them. We recommend using a rewards points value ratio of 1 point = 1 EUR.

Can customers also pay by phone or watch?

Yes, customers can pay with a card or with a phone, watch, other device or digital wallet with a payment card attached to it.

What if I receive a customer complaint about an unrecognized transaction?

If you receive a customer complaint about a purchase that is not recognized, please contact us by writing to support@infir.eu, indicating the transaction reference from the list of transactions in the INFIR system in the customer’s profile, or ask the customer to write to support@infir.eu.

What prizes can a company give to customers in exchange for points?

You will be able to create the prizes to be awarded in the INFIR section of your company’s INFIR profile. You can offer gifts, gift cards or refunds as prizes.

What is the procedure for awarding a prize to a buyer?

If the buyer chooses a prize against the accumulated points, a unique code will be sent to the buyer by e-mail. A list of codes will be available in the “Awards requests” section of the company’s INFIR system, where you can make a note about the granted award.

Will the company have loyalty statistics available?

Yes, the company will have access to information on the volume and number of transactions made by they loyal customers by day in the “Statistics” section of the INFIR system, allowing you to review the data depending on the customer’s age and gender. We plan to offer general information about market trends and the industry soon, allowing us to assess the company’s market position.

What purchase data will be available to the company as part of the loyalty solution?

As part of the system, the company will have access to data on the age, gender, purchase dates, purchase amount, number of purchases, points earned, rewards paid against prizes, etc. 

Can INFIR help me comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)?

The use of the INFIR system will help the company to comply with the requirements of the general data regulation, minimizing the amount of sensitive data required for processing, as well as allowing buyers to track the amount of data provided to the company under the loyalty program. Data is anonymized after the buyer withdraws from the loyalty program.

What is the responsibility of INFIR?

We process data in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Act, subject to the terms of the privacy policy.
